- Delays & Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation notice. You'll need to provide proof (e.g., a photo of your delivery location, a statement from your building manager) so we can investigate. Once verified, we'll either send a replacement or issue a refund.
